Sea moss is a type of seaweed well known from the Caribbean. Our Sea Moss is from St Lucia. Sea moss has been used for centuries in traditional Caribbean cuisine and culture. It is commonly consumed as a gel or added to smoothies, desserts, or teas. We do not use pool grown sea moss. Organic and wildcrafted, harvesting from the source also ensures minimal pollutants and toxic heavy metals. Our supplier hand picks the sea moss responsibly to preserve the ecosystem.
